Time-and-materials option
For exploratory work, research sprints or ongoing advisory, we charge £1,200 per person per day. You set a weekly or monthly cap in advance and we never exceed it without written sign-off. Invoices go out fortnightly with a detailed time log showing what each team member worked on and for how long.
This option works well when the scope is genuinely uncertain, for example if you want us to spend two weeks investigating whether a particular data source contains a usable signal before committing to a full model build. Several clients start with a two-week time-and-materials sprint and then move to a fixed-price single-model engagement once the scope is clear.
Ongoing support retainer
After the included twelve months of monitoring, you can extend support at £800 per month. This covers drift monitoring, up to two retraining cycles per quarter and priority email support with a four-hour response window during business hours. If you prefer to bring maintenance in-house, we run a half-day knowledge-transfer session with your engineering team and hand over all documentation, CI/CD pipelines and monitoring dashboards at no extra cost.
